Your schedule is yours

You set the hours you're available and the number of clients you carry. Mornings only, evenings after another job, or a full week. We build the caseload around what you tell us.

Scheduling, intake, billing, insurance credentialing, and the client referrals themselves are ours. You get a calendar that fills itself and a secure platform for notes.

You won't practice alone

Remote does not have to mean isolated. Weekly case consultation, a clinical lead you can reach the same day, and a team that talks to each other about hard cases.

Before you apply

The questions clinicians ask us first.

Do I have to live in a state you serve?
You need an active license in , and you need to be working from a state where that license lets you practice. Most of our team lives in a state we serve. If you're licensed with us but live elsewhere, tell us in your application and we'll look at it.
Do I have to bring my own clients?
No. Referrals and intake are our job. New clients come through our free 15-minute intake call, and we match them to clinicians by fit, schedule, and insurance. You can bring existing clients with you if you want to.
Can I keep my current practice?
Yes, and plenty of our clinicians do. Part time is a real option here, not a fallback. Tell us how many hours you want and we'll hold the caseload to it.
What does a session actually run on?
Secure video, from wherever you work. Notes, scheduling, and billing live in one platform, and we train you on it before your first client. All you need is a private room and a reliable connection.
How long does credentialing take?
It varies by payer, but we handle the paperwork and keep you posted. Most clinicians are seeing clients within a few weeks of accepting an offer.
